What is the compliance profile?

It tells Charter AI which statutory due dates apply to a client. Defaults come from the PAN and registration type; switch on the rest as they apply.

Updated 29 Sept 2026

The switches

  • TDS deductor: adds monthly TDS challan and quarterly 26Q, 27Q and 27EQ dates.
  • Tax audit applicable.
  • Transfer pricing case: for international or specified domestic transactions.
  • Presumptive taxation (44AD/44ADA): collapses advance tax to a single instalment.
  • Advance tax applicable: adds the quarterly instalment dates.
The compliance profile switches for TDS deductor, tax audit, transfer pricing, presumptive taxation and advance tax, highlighted.
Each switch adds or removes a set of due dates.
