Asking a client to upload files, no login needed.
- How do I ask a client to upload files?On the client's page, choose Request files, pick what you need and choose Create link. Share the link by WhatsApp or email; the client uploads with no login.
- What does my client see, and where do the files go?Your client sees a secure upload page with your firm's name and your note. Files land straight in that client's documents and you get a notice in Charter AI.
- How do I stop an upload link working?On the client's page, find the link under Client upload links and choose Revoke link.
