How do I claim ITC in GSTR-3B for bills my vendor has not uploaded, in Zoho Books?
In Zoho Books, open GST Filing > GSTR-3B, go to the Eligible ITC section, click Adjust ITC under the Available ITC table, enter the adjusted value, save, and push the return. The bills your vendors have not uploaded are listed under Missing in GSTN in the GSTR-2B reconciliation, which is where you work out the amount. Check the current Rule 36(4) position before relying on any provisional claim.

- In the Eligible ITC section, click Adjust ITC under the Available ITC table.
- Work out the adjusted value and enter it in the pop-up. The list of bills not yet uploaded by vendors is in the Missing in GSTN section of the GSTR-2B reconciliation.
